Health and Flourishing Manifesto
To me, health is much more than nutrient profiles of foods and metabolic effects of exercise. Health is life.Without health, there is no adventure, no love, and no accomplishment.
I do not study "health" so much as I study human flourishing. When humans truly flourish, they have a healthy body and a healthy mind. What follows is a blueprint for flourishing which will be updated as new articles are written.
